at work (both in person and virtually), Transforming Meetings (both in person and virtually),; Organisational and
Team Effectiveness, Personal mastery and effectiveness. As part of her work on organisational culture, she also
focuses on: navigating an ever-changing landscape; dealing with generational differences in the workplace and
counter-productive work behaviour in the form of bullying at work.


Lauren believes that her clinical psychology background brings added value to the world of work where her
knowledge and continuous study of human behaviour enables her to provide insight into supporting and guiding
individuals, teams and organisations to move towards finding their purpose, unleashing their passion, fulfilling their
potential and optimising their performance. Building authentic relationships, being witness to personal, team and
organisational growth and encouraging individuals to work towards living life wholeheartedly are Lauren’s main
drivers. She is passionate about supporting individuals to shift from being passive recipients to being active
participants in their lives.
